How to produce Crushed Wine (pinegrape+)

Wine making is otherwise known as vinification, which means production of wine, starting with harvesting and selection of fresh fruits from the garden or other produce and ending with bottling/caning the finished wine. Although most wine is made from grapes, it may also be made from other fruits or plants like pineapple, mango, apple, honey, pears etc. Mead is a wine made with honey being the primary ingredient after water.

Wine making can be grouped into two general categories: Yet it is wine production. Sparkling wine production (means producing wine with carbonation. Nipple wine means producing wine without carbonation.The science of wine and winemaking is called oenology. A vintner means wine maker.
 
Equipments needed: Aluminum trough, Crusher, De-stemmer. Ceilant, Plastic bottles, Labels

Ingredients required: This depends on the type of wine you are about to produce.  For the purpose of this blog we are going to produce a crush wine known as; pingrape+. It is rich in vitamin and medicinal. Very good for young and the aged.
The ingredients needed here are, Pineapples fruits, Grape, Ceodoum fruit, and Tare wart. (No colorant, no flavor, no yeast is required).

Formula:  Collect those fruits mentioned above as follows.  Pineapple -----% + Grape fruit  -----% + Ceodoum fruit of ------% + Ceodoum fruit ----%. Mix them together and crush them together or you may decide to crush them differently but what is important is mixing percentage. It will produce greenish substance. Product of this mixture will be stored in the Aluminum trough for four days to ferment.  After the fermentation stage it goes into De-stemmer and steamed for about two hours or till the droppings stopped by itself. Cool this by products for a day before canning. To can follow, the procedure on canning tomato paste. It is the same but only sizes may vary depending on your desirer.
