Converting your car to a water burning machine is simple. There’s no need to change your engine or your cars computer.  Just fill this simple device with plain water and once your start your car, the electricity from your car will begin producing HHO gas (Hydrogen + Oxygen) as shown in the video below.

4.   If you want, you can have your mechanic do all the work.  Simply print the book out and have them assemble and install it for you. We’ve found that many auto mechanics are very interested in putting the system together for you (and maybe also a few other people they know!)
We recommend that you read the e-Book first, don’t decide now.  Read them and whatever you choose after is OK, because you won’t lose a penny either way!

Maintenance, Safety and Basic Space Requirements

We’re going to cover everything here.  For now, here are the major factors you need to know:
Safety First
This system was designed with SAFETY FIRST in mind.  There are NO safety hazards to worry about.  Yes, hydrogen gas can be dangerous, but only when it’s stored at high pressure.  Our system generates hydrogen-on-demand, it only makes as much as the engine wants.  Plus, the system produces HHO not pure hydrogen gas.  This extra oxygen makes our system very safe.  HHO is more powerful than regular gas, yet much more stable. 
Thousands of road tests have shown HHO to be safe. In fact it is safer than any “hydrogen car” that is likely to roll off of a car manufacturer’s assembly line in the next couple of years.  Bottom line: unlike “hydrogen cars” this system is very safe.
Also, unlike other formulas for generating hydrogen, this system does not involve the use of harsh chemicals like Xylene.  These chemicals may produce a 5% increase in power at the expense of burning up engine components and leaving chemical residue to clog up your engine.
Space Requirements
The minimal space required for installation is 5 inch wide by 6 inch tall. You should have easy access to it. Ideal placement for the device is near the washer fluid, the battery or in front of the radiator.

Maintenance

your car is extremely safe, it is still an explosive gas, capable of causing serious injury or
even death if used incorrectly, even in small quantities.  The HHO generator is so simple that
several people have already tried to ignite the gas being produced from water.  They are all
extremely sorry for doubting that water CAN be separated into the elements of oxygen and
hydrogen.  They have all been released from hospital to the best of my knowledge.

The Building Process
The HHO generator should be made from a transparent PVC pipe measuring 1.5 inches in diameter (this depends on the compartment where the device will fit). The clear pipe should be covered on top and on the bottom with cylindrical thread adapters and screw-on PVC caps with a measurement of 1.25 inches in diameter. The cap on the bottom should have two stainless steel bolts attached to it, secured with washers and nuts. On the top end, the cap must have a "barb fitting" that would permit the insertion of rubber surgical tubing.

The Anode and Cathode are about 4cm x 8cm stainless plates and should be separated from each other by a distance of 0.5cm. Many plates could be arranged to form series and thus generate more HHO gas. The separator above is just signifying that the two plates must not touch each other.
The water has a charge put to it...the electricity goes through the plates or wire and causes electrolysis and the result is HHO that flows up the out-gas tube into the air intake manifold.The process is simple; the process of making HHO gas is also called Brown's Gas. HHO is Hydrogen + Hydrogen + Oxygen. When the HHO systems splits water
(H2O) into its components the h2o to HHO conversion takes place. HHO is also known as Green Gas, Hydroxy, Di-Hydroxy, and Water gas.
The electrolysis of water produces a burnable Green Gas. HHO is a green gas that is the wave of the future. HHO auto conversion creates a hybrid car, which are now water powered cars using the technology of HHO. The HHO gas generator for
cars is an environmentally friendly car modified with HHO technology, which allows users to increase their mileage, save money on gasoline, costs and drastically reduces car emissions.
The plates can also be in cyclical forms as shown below.



The gas, in theory, would flow to a second container which should be filled with water and have an open top. The container can be a 2-liter glass flask. A piece of tubing made of copper is connected to the surgical tubing of the first container. The copper end is bent to an angle that would fit the second vessel, dipping it below water level to prevent ignition in an experimental stage. The HHO generator should be filled halfway with a mixture of potassium hydroxide and an equal amount of water. The potassium hydroxide serves as an electrolyte, making it possible for the electric current to flow in water continuously. At the bottom end of the device attach two 6-inch insulated copper wires to each of the bolts. Then connect the wires to a 12-volt DC battery charger of the automobile or a solar panel with a 40+ watts capacity.
How the Process Works
When the power source is turned on, the mixture in the HHO generator will start to make bubbles. This is an indication that water molecules are starting to break into hydrogen and oxygen gases. Then this mixture will continuously make bubbles creating more gases. These gases would flow up towards the barb tubing and down to the copper fitting of the second container. When the second container starts to make bubbles it is an indication that the gases have reached the vessel. The gases will rise from the second container like a mist. It is important to keep the second container away from sparks because such gases are highly flammable.
The second container should be fitted with a tight cover. On the cover, a hole should be drilled that would fit another copper tubing. Both the hydrogen generator and the other container should be placed in the car's engine compartment in a manner that it is fixed and stable. The fittings that hold both containers should be able to hold through the rigors of travel. The wirings on the primary container should be connected to the terminals of the car battery. The copper tubing from the HHO generator should be carefully inserted to the engine's carburetor.

Basically you will be using a HHO Booster system to turn your car into a hybrid, instead of having to buy one. HHO booster is a Do-It-Yourself, affordable and SIMPLE technology.


Mount the HHO Water fuel device in the engine compartment. It should be mounted flat and level, and secured is such a manner as to assure that it cannot bounce around when the vehicle hits bumps etc.
Position the device so that it can easily be accessed and can be conveniently removed and filled with water, or cleaned, serviced or inspected.
IMPORTANT: INSTALL THE DEVICE AWAY FROM HOT AREAS as much as possible. If you're not sure where that is, Harbor Freight Tools has a digital non-contact thermometer for under $7 (item 93983-2VGA). Use this tool to locate the coolest available place in the engine area.
I cannot give you an exact number here for what is “too hot”, because there is a combination of heating factors here: weather, engine, and the electrolysis process itself. All I can tell you that in two cases the electrolyzer mostly melted and only the glass survived. In both cases this occurred as a result of
(1) too much heat radiated by the engine through the air to the electrolyzer, and
(2) too much electrolyte in the HHO generator. There is a situation called Thermal Runaway, where an increase in temperature changes the conditions (in this case the rise in electrical current) that causes a further increase in temperature - leading to a destructive result.
You can prevent this from happening by: 1. Use ONLY DISTILLED WATER. Filtered water are NOT distilled water!
2. Starting with no more than 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda, and add gradually only when you're sure no excess heat is being generated.
3. Install away from heat. If this is not possible block the engine heat as much as possible by placing a heat shield (bubble wrap covered by aluminum foil) between the electrolyzer and the engine. Leave at least 1-2” air space around the electrolyzer.
A mounting bracket can be easily fashioned from copper and/or galvanized plumber’s strap. (Not supplied.) In other cases a small rubber pad (not supplied and usually not necessary) and/or two bungee cords (not supplied) may be adequate. Rarely there may be vehicles that do not have enough space in the engine compartment to mount the device.
A possible solution is to use the area in front of the radiator. Fasten the device to the car's frame or anything other the radiator, belts or moving parts, and make sure that it does not touch the radiator. That's it for the mechanical installation and location. Now let's move for connections and supply lines. The HHO Water4Gas device is operated by vacuum pressure from your vehicle’s engine, plus 12 Volt supply from your vehicle’s electrical system.

Vacuum and the HHO Generator

Vacuum lines are supplied from the engine to various car systems, and you should best use the system that gets the highest vacuum. The idea is to Suck the HHO into a place such as the Carburetor or the Intake Manifold, where it can be automatically mixed with the existing fuel/air mixture. Connect the output to the carb/intake manifold.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE THE BRAKES VACUUM LINE. This is usually a very thick black hose that connects between the engine and the Brake Vacuum Booster (usually a large drum on the firewall on the driver side): The PCV valve* line usually makes a good connection.
Vehicles with EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) should also be connected at or near the intake manifold. * Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve, or PCV valve, is a one-way valve that ensures continual refreshment of the air inside a gasoline internal combustion engine's crankcase.
WARNING: DO NOT SHORTEN THE VACUUM LINE between the engine intake and the jar. Keep the line (hose) at least 4 ft long. This length must be kept to enhance safety and prevent damage to the device.
A universal vacuum line T-Connector is provided as well as a length of vacuum hose to make the connection. A wide range of vacuum fittings is readily available at any auto parts store (plastic fittings will do for this use). Note that the Universal Vacuum T-Connector is...well, universal. Its edges are usually too small for the hose, and should be trimmed (edge cut off) with a knife.

HHO Generator and the Electrical System

The HHO generator is designed to operate on 12 Volts. Refer to the wiring diagram below. If you’re not sure consult your auto mechanic (electric), or contact us for help.
1. Connect the black terminal of the device to the negative terminal of the vehicle’s battery, using the wire WITHOUT FUSE (black wire). If the battery is too far, connect it to the firewall or extend the wire all the way to the battery.
2. Identify a point in your vehicle’s electrical system which has a 12 Volts (positive) present ONLY WHEN THE ENGINE IS ON (Position 2 of the Ignition Switch), such as the starter solenoid, window wiper motor, or similar circuit.
3. Turn the switch off and take out the key. Connect positive (12 Volts) to the red terminal of the device, using the FUSED wire supplied (red), to the point you’ve identified above.
4. To protect the wiring from long term damage, you can now put the newly installed wires into what's called “split flex tubing”. You can find it in all major hardware stores such as Ace, Home Depot. Don't buy it online ($5 +S&H) because in the shop it's only 99 cents for 10 ft.
NOTES:In most newer vehicles the fuses are located in a box, in the engine compartment. I just plug the wire into the fuse holder and reinsert the fuse. Usually it is a 10 Amp or 15 Amp ignition circuit, that I use. In some older cars where there was nofuse box to connect to, the wiper motor was found most useful as a supply point. I just splice into the SWITCHED 12 Volts and it works well. ? In some cars the electrical system may be in reverse (RED wire to the body of the car, or to the battery itself). If it gets confusing, consult an auto electrician who isfamiliar with your specific model.

Final Steps of HHO Generator Setup.

Fill the jar with DISTILLED WATER, leaving 1” of free space at the top. Add 1/8 teaspoon of Electrolyte (pure Baking Soda) to the 32oz HHO Generator.
Close the jar. HHO Units should draw about 2 AMPS of power. More Baking Soda may be added but, make sure the units operate cool and don't overheat. Running the units too hot will create steam and that will cause a drop in mileage and engine performance.

Test Run Your HHO Generator

1. Start with NO electricity, by taking out the fuse or leaving one of the terminals disconnected (make sure it doesn't touch metal parts of the car to prevent fuse blowout).
2. Turn the Vacuum Adjustment Valve (sometimes called “Bubbler Cap” or just “Bubbler”) fully CLOCKWISE. Then turn it half-turn COUNTER-CLOCKWISE.
3. Turn the engine and watch the bubbling action coming out of the lower end of the thin tubing inside the device (here by the way is the great advantage of having a strong glass jar instead of metal or non clear plastic – total transparency andvisibility!) Gradually turn the Vacuum Adjustment Valve and watch the bubbling action in the jar. Adjust the valve until there is a small amount of bubbling action.
4. Turn off the engine.
5. Connect the electricity by putting the fuse on and making sure all connections are tight (hand force only).
6. Start the engine again and watch the electrolyzing action between the spiral electrodes. A yellowish gas (HHO) will start forming and flow toward the top of the jar.
7. Within a short time (roughly 30 seconds), you will notice that the engine starts to sound quite differently. It will sound smoother and quieter. Its RPM may be unstable for a couple minutes. This is normal – the HHO is starting to change the combustion cycle and cancels the pinging – and the engine is now adjusting to the changes.

PART TWO: HOW TO BUILD INVERTER AND INSTALL SOLAR PANEL


There are four basic components in solar system technology they are:

  1. Solar Panel
  2. Charge Controller
  3. Battery
  4. Inverter

The entire system is shown below. The solar panel is basically a gadget like inverter or UPS that can be bought in the market at cost ranging from N20,000 to N300,000. It is the most expensive of the entire system. This gadget converts solar energy from the sun into elctrical energy which can be stored in a battery and used by inverter to supply 220V alternating current.

The voltage produced by the solar panel is dependent on the intensity of the sun and thus varies very much as the sun intensity is not constant. This problem is solved by the use of
Charge Controller which regulates the solar voltage and give a constant output voltage no mater the sun intensity. Solar Panel can be used in:

  1. Power Supply to a Home, Office, Industry etc.
  2. Heating a Swimming Pool.
  3. Power Car Engine etc.

Systems description

This manual describes the WH-1. Active, direct systems. (See System Diagram). The Model Sun Ray WH-1. is an active, direct system. This system uses potable water in the solar collector and it is open to the city pressures. The WH-1 is designed for installation in areas where the air temperature falling below 41° F does not occur more than 3 to 4 times annually and this low temperature does not exceed an 8-hour duration.




Major system components



Solar Collectors

Sun Ray Solar collectors are the heart of the system. Their main function is to absorb solar radiation and transfer the heat collected to the fluid circulating through the system. In the northern hemisphere the ideal orientation of Sun Ray Solar collectors are directly south and tilted to the degree of your local latitude. The collectors are mounted in an area (roof or ground) with a full solar window.

Sun Ray Solar collectors are made of all copper or copper aluminum absorber plate with high performance absorber coating, isocyanurate back and side insulation board, and safety tempered glass cover. All enclosed in a corrosion resistant galvanized steel frame. The collector absorber plate can easily be repaired or replaced if needed.


Solar water storage tank

The storage tank has a glass lining and an anode rod for maximum corrosion protection. Its internal manifold provides even distribution of heat and an injected foam insulation minimizes heat loss. The tank is available with or without an electrical element. (UL Listed, 5-year warranty)



Automatic controller

The controller is a differential temperature thermostat designed specifically to regulate a solar system operation. Its basic function is to monitor collector and storage temperatures and to automatically turn a small circulator ON or OFF at the appropriate temperature differentials. The controller can also provide additional functions, such as: system freeze protection (drain down / drain back or re-circulation), storage tank high temp. limit and positive OFF when the collector is below 80°F. (UL Listed. 5 year warranty)


Low power circulation pump

All vital components are fabricated from corrosion-resistant, high-grade stainless steel. This quiet, self-lubricating circulator is maintenance free, and requires very little energy to operate. (UL Listed. 18-month warranty)

Using the basic system diagram a variety of system types and sizes and can be installed.


Sizing the System

Storage tank: Select 15 to 20 gallon per person per day or 15 to20 gallon per bedroom (min. 60 gallon tank)

Example: For four persons household or for four bedrooms home select 80-gallon storage tank

Solar collectors: Select one half to one sq/ft of solar panels per one gallon of storage

Example: 80-gallon tank will required 40 to 80 sq/ft of solar panels.



Installation

All plumbing, electrical and structural must be installed according to specific local codes. Solar Collectors Tilt and Orientation

The ideal orientation of Sun Ray Solar collectors are directly south (northern hemisphere) and tilted to the degree of your local latitude, but any direction within 90° from south is acceptable if the total degree of tilt + the orientation angle from due south is less then 130°.

Example-1: The roof slope is 15° and is facing S.W. or 45° from south: therefore 15° +45° =60° or less then 130°.This is an acceptable orientation.

Example-2: The roof slope 45° and is facing W. or 90° from south: therefore 45° +90° =135° . This is more then 130° and is not in an acceptable orientation.



Minimum system installation standards


Install the system according to the diagram.

- The collectors should be installed as close in proximity as possible to the storage tank.

- The collectors should be mounted in an area with a full solar window.

- The collectors should be mounted with a minimum of 1 ½' air gap above the roof sheeting.

- The collectors and pipe runs must sloped at least 4" in 10 feet to allow a complete drainage.

- The collectors should be mounted in parallel positioning.

- The collectors mounting bolts should penetrate the roof rafters, or use a wood block under the sheeting.

- All roof penetrations should be sealed.


Install collector array piping in a reverse-return configuration so that path lengths of collector supply and return are of approximately equal length.

Install a freeze protection valve on the return line according to the diagram (optional).

- An air vent should be installed vertically on the highest point of the system.

- An air vent cup must remain loose for proper operation. The Air vent should be insulated

- The collector sensor should be mounted near the collector outlet.

- For best protection the freeze sensor should be mounted on the absorber in the center of the collector's array.

- Sensor wires should not be exposed to direct sunlight.

- Wire nuts connecting the sensors should be filled with silicon to prevent any moisture from penetration the sensor.

- Use ¾" copper pipe for total runs of over 50 ft. Use ½" or ¾" for runs less then 50 ft.

- Use long 90's and soft copper tubing as possible to minimize flow restrictions.

- All pipe runs should be insulated to an R-value of 2.6 or better. (7/8" ID x 5/8" wall) (Cold line 5' from tank)

- All exterior pipe insulation should be protected from UV radiation and moisture. (Paint with exterior latex)

- Set the storage tank indoors close in proximity to 110V electrical outlets. Secure tank in event of an earthquake.

- Install a shut-off valve for the solar system so that the cold water supply is not interrupted.

- Install a T&P Relief Valve. The drain line should be discharged the to the outdoors no higher then 6" above grade.

- Install the pump on the collectors feed line with the arrow pointing to the direction of flow. (To collectors)

- Install a thermosyphon prevention check valve on the collectors return line.

- Install the tank sensor on the threaded stud located behind the cover plate of the bottom portion of the tank.

- Mount the automatic controller on the tank or next to the 110V outlet.

- Install the controller according to the installation instructions provided with the controller.

- Follow the tank manufacturers instructions for high voltage connection of the electrical element and element timer.

- Attach the warning and instructions labels provided with the system.

Operation Instructions

Starting up for the first time:

At this point all electrical power to the system is off, the cold water supply valve is off, the collector isolation valves are off and the storage tank is empty. The air vent on top of the collectors is not installed so the collectors can be flushed.

(A) Fill the tank by turning on the main valve and allowing the air to flush out of the tank.

(B) Turn on the isolation valves to fill the collectors. (You can flush the impurities like loose solder; flax, joint compound ext. from the collectors threw the air vent thread connector).

(C) After the collectors have been flushed, install the air vent and pressurize the system, the automatic air vent will bleed remaining air out of the collectors if its plug is loosened. (The system must be free of air for the pump to circulate water).

(D) Once the system has been filled, follow the controller's instructions for fine-tuning. Plug in the pump cord into the controller. Plug in the controller to the 110V outlet and set the controller switch to automatic operation.

(E) The system should begin functioning if the sun is shining. Within a few second the collectors return line will be very hot. Within a minute or two the return line should cool to about 10°F to 15°F higher than the feed line.

(F) Set the electrical element timer so it does not compete with the sun.



Normal Operation Description

When solar energy is available the automatically controlled pump circulates solar heated water from the collectors through the solar storage tank to reach the desired temperature (130° F to 180° F). The collector's basic function is to capture the suns energy and to transfer the heat collected to the fluid circulating throughout the system.

The controllers basic function is to monitor collector and storage temperatures and to automatically turn the pump ON or OFF at the appropriate temperature.

The solar storage tanks basic function is to store the energy collected. The tank is equipped with an electrical element and becomes a water heater as a backup. A timer can be added to control the electrical element so it cannot compete with the sun's energy.


System Maintenance

Sun Ray Solar water heating systems require relatively little attention. But, as with any mechanical system, some basic maintenance is essential to keep the system functioning smoothly. The maintenance requirements of Sun Ray Solar water heating system are similar to those of conventional water heaters. The collectors, piping and storage tank should be checked for leaks, the system should be flushed periodically to remove tank and collected impurities (scaling in hard water areas). The systems should be checked at least twice per year for a proper operation of the pump, controller and sensors. The collector's glass can be rinsed periodically to remove dust collected in order to improve collector efficiency.


Freeze protection

When the water in the collector reaches a temperature near freezing, the system's freeze protection mechanisms will protect it as followed:

(A) The controller turns the pump on and off periodically to warm the collector with water from the storage tank.

(B) A flush-type freeze protection valve can be installed near the collectors opens to let warm water flow through the collector.

(C) For a longer freeze duration or if a power failure and freeze condition occurs at the same time. the collector must be manually drained (see Collector isolation and drainage above).

INVERTER SYSTEM



Building Inverter system is quite easy. It only requires the knowledge of electronic components connection and soldering. The various components needed for the inverter system building are:

  1. Resistors.
  2. Capacitors.
  3. MOSFET Transistors (IRFP150).
  4. PWM IC (SG3524).
  5. IC Sucket.
  6. Jumper wires.
  7. Vero board.
  8. Soldering Iron.
  9. Soldering Lead.
  10. Center Tap Transformer.
  11. Fuse.
  12. Diodes.
  13. 12V Battery.
Some of this components are given in the picture below.
