How to produce Rice Flour



Rice flour is one of the foundation ingredients in gluten-free baking, but it's something I don't keep in my pantry.
Equipments For Rice Flour :
  • Fine-mesh Strainer
  • Paper towels
  • Large Skillet
  • Heat-resistant Spatula
  • Sifter
Ingredients:
  • White Basmati Rice- Raw (not instant rice)
  • Water
Every cup of raw rice will yield almost ----cups of sifted Rice Flour.

Step 1:  Wash the rice thoroughly under cold running water. Drain briefly.  Put the rice into a bowl and cover with cold water. Soak for ----hours, depending on the type.

Step 2:  Drain the rice in a fine-mesh strainer for --- minutes.  Spread the rice out on a triple layer of paper towels to dry for an hour or so.  The rice should be just ----damp... not wet.

Step 3:  Use your to grind the rice in --- cup increments. Begin with the pulse setting, allowing the rice to settle in between 3 second pulses. When the rice has broken down into small granules, blend on high until the texture is powder-fine. Repeat this process until all the rice has been finely ground.

Step 4:  ----a large skillet over medium ----.  Working in ---- cup(s) increments, add the rice flour to the pan. Stir ----- until all of the steam has -----.  Continue cooking for a couple more minutes.

Note: The resulting rice flour should be --------- -----.  If it begins to-------, immediately lift the pan up and-------- the ------.

Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

HOW TO PRODUCE POMADE


Pomade production called Vaseline, Vaseline is a company registered branded name, it is an offense to label your own product Vaseline.If you wish you may register a similar name like "Baseline". It is produced with exclusive oil based ingredients. It does not involve any atom of water.
    a.       It is used as hair cream or hair food
     b.      As a lubricant
      c.       For body nourishment
POMADE PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
(1.) Stainless Pot (2) Stainless spoon (3) Thermometer-for checking the temperature of the mixture,(4) Face masks – for protecting the mouth and nose                                      (5) Lab coat and 6. Hand glove.             
CHEMICALS AND INGREDIENTS
1.      Petroleum jelly (--- kg): This is a petroleum product and is good for body nourishment.
2.      Lanolin (--- spoon(s): It makes the pomade to be elastic and thick. It is also a nourishing agent
3.      Paraffin Oil: This is a petroleum product; it is a body nourishing agent and a healing agent. It increases the volume of the product.
4.      Paraffin Wax: The addition of paraffin oil along side petroleum jelly and lanolin agent, this will hold the mixture together.
5.      Color: This changes the natural color of the joined chemicals to produce a desirable color e.g Pink, Rose,   Green, Yellow, Red etc.
6.      Aromatic agent (Perfume): To give your product a desirable aroma.
POMADE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Put the pot on the heating element or stove. Pour Paraffin oil into the pot, then add the petroleum jelly in the pot stir it gently, add paraffin wax and lanolin into the mixture and heat them together for about twenty (---) minutes.
Remember: we are not frying the mixture, rather dissolving them, add any color of your choice. Allow the temperature to go down, between --- degree centigrade to --- degree centigrade before adding the perfume. Note: if the perfume is added while the mixture  is hot, the product  will break the process- perfume will  turn to water which won’t mix with the mixture since oil add water can’t mix together.
POST PRODUCTION
After adding the perfume, pour the products into storage containers. Before pouring the product into containers test the----- of the pomade. First take a little on a mental surface. Allow it to cool by blowing air on it. Check, and if it’s too thick, add -----. It simply means that ---- is too much. If on the other hand it is also ------ then add to----- (----). As you pour, don’t shake the container until it -----. If possible----- storage container before pouring the product.
